Après Coffee was born from Portland’s vibrant coffee culture and my years of experience with Dutch Bros, where I grew from barista to regional manager across three states. After training hundreds of baristas and living the thrill of coffee life, I knew it was time to create something of my own — a space that celebrates adventure, pause, and connection. Opened in Castle Rock in June 2025, Après Coffee is a home away from home, serving quality coffee and community in every cup.

Apres Coffee is absolutely adorable and such a vibe.
I loved the staff and the whole concept of the shop. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and really well thought out. I am giving four stars for the drinks only because the hot chocolate left a lot to be desired, but the chai tea was so yummy and truly the perfect blend. Overall, a super cute spot with great people and a great feel. I will definitely be back to try more drinks.

Hubby & I both got the Coco Loco and honestly have to say it’s the best coffee we’ve had in Castle Rock. The flavor was amazing and the trendy cups were so fun! Service was great, very welcoming and you can tell the owners love what they’re doing which is a bonus! Can’t wait to come back soon, great start to a chill Saturday morning 🤙

Apres Coffee is the best coffee shop in Castle Rock!
Their coffee is high quality and drinks are perfectly balanced (don’t sleep on the wax and whip latte!) Maddie, the owner, is super friendly and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Pro tip—bring your own cup and they’ll make you a bigger drink (up to 16 oz, I think). I will keep going back to Apres Coffee and hope they become a mainstay in Castle Rock!

Lovely little addition to Ecclesia Market.
This is my second time here since they opened. I’d been dying to get an iced drink in their cute cups and today was the perfect day to do that. Highly recommend a visit to Apres Coffee. The friendliest service, you can’t walk away not feeling like you matter as a customer. I love supporting small businesses and will definitely be back!
