About Apres Coffee
Apres Coffee exists to celebrate life's in-between moments.
My journey of coffee lasted 3 states, 11 stores, and nearly 500+ baristas that I trained and worked alongside. I closed my chapter with Dutch Bros April 2025 to pursue an even better career- MY OWN COFFEE SHOP! My gut knew that it was time to branch out, start fresh and create something of my own. I had been brainstorming ideas and concept of Apres for nearly 11 years. Perfecting the concept, crafting a space that felt like home away from home and overall ensuring that I served quality coffee with a quality time. We opened our doors June 21, 2025, and with that Apres has been serving the community of Castle Rock.

Being from the PNW, nature was right outside your door—whether you were hiking, going to the Coast to enjoy a cold oceanic morning, or roaming the streets of Portland, your everyday life was a constant jungle-oasis. My husband, being from Northern California, had similar experiences—skipping school to surf Santa Cruz and riding his dirt bike through the roaming fields of grass. You embrace that slow life of unknown memories.
Born from a love for coffee and community, Apres brings a surf-meets-ski vibe to the town of Castle Rock, Colorado. We believe that your coffee should feel like your favorite vacation spot.
Our space is inspired by a beach shack with subtle hues of mountain life to represent the perfectly blended lifestyle—early morning surf sessions, a quick intermission of coffee and breakfast, and ending the day on your favorite mountain skiing or snowboarding.
Our name says it all: Apres—the moment after. What you choose to do with your time after that ski run, after your morning workout, or after you drop your kids off at school. The moment where you finally stop and treat yourself, take a sip, and feel yourself come back to normality with a simple cup of coffee.
